Room charges are listed per night per room for a minimum 2-night stay.
Prices are for reference only and they are subject to change.
The following services are all included in the price:
– Buffet breakfast
– Bed and bath linen
– Cleaning of the room every other day
– Air conditioning / independently controlled heating
– Internet Wi-Fi
– Parking area (not covered)
Available on request a baby cot charged €5 per night.
Room rates do not include the tourist tax (€0,80 per person per night) which is to pay directly at the arrival by cash. It applies to non-residents’ overnight stays for a maximum of 20 consecutive nights. People under 14 years old, people with disabilities (with proper medical certification) and their assistant are excluded from the payment of the tourist tax.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT: Any booking received via email, fax or phone will be confirmed only after payment by bank transfer of an advance to the value of 1/3 of the total amount due for the room, or by provided credit or debit card details related to a Mastercard / Visa circuit. The rest of the payment is due on site.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation/modification of the booking can be made free of charge up to 10 days prior to the check-in date. In the case of cancellation after this deadline we will charge the 50% of the total price of the reservation.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is from 2:30pm to 7:30pm.
Check out is by 10:30 am.
For out-of-time arrivals and departures, guests are kindly asked to inform the staff as soon as possible.
